Chef Todd is known as a “Proud Papa” in the Northern California and San Francisco communities. His generous spirit reaches deep into communities in need.
In 2005, Chef Todd undertook a large-scale relief program for Hurricane Katrina families. With less than three weeks, he rallied the support of over 30 local chefs and 60 wineries, hundreds of volunteers, providing food, wine and spirits for 1,600 attendees, and raising over $250,000 donated to the Red Cross.
In his “spare time,” he mentors young chefs and students at local area high schools, helping them develop leadership skills, build confidence and practice perseverance.
Chef Todd’s crowning achievement is being a proud father of five and husband to his beautiful bride Ada, his culinary partner.
