A San Francisco native and fifth generation Californian, Chef Todd began his craft at age 15 working for a local neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Finding his talent quickly, he dove right in by taking classes, starting a catering company in high school and working with a wide variety of kitchens up and down the Golden State to learn as much as he could about the wide variety of offerings that makes the melting pot of California Cuisine so special.
In 2012 all the years of entertaining friends and fans from the kitchen took him to a new venture-television. In its first full Season, United States of Bacon featuring host Chef Todd, shows all the amazing bacon creations from across our United States. The show can be found on the Destination America channel.
Building on his culinary passions and raising his family on the Monterey Peninsula for the last 19 years, Chef Todd is thrilled to call the central coast his home. Raising his five kids along with his wife in the splendor of Salinas Valley and Pacific Coast gives him the freshest ingredients and local produce any chef could ask for. Along with commanding a kitchen full time, Chef Todd also focuses his time on equipping youth with his passion for cooking and as well as his community.
