Say it with me…schnappy – it just brings a smile to your face! Snappy peas, butternut squash, cheese tortellini all topped with crispy proscuitto and a beautiful creamy grana padano cheese.  Healthy, colorful. wonderful to eat.  Now why wouldn’t you describe that as Schnappy!

Zabiaone is a custard with a beautiful reisling, fresh raspberries, and lemon cake.  A traditional italian dessert. Wait a second, didn’t Chef Todd just make sweet and sour chicken and califlower enchiladas…hmmm.

Mackenzie and Dad, Chef Todd Fisher of course…In the kitchen making beignets. That’s right, not to be ordinary, beignets are the family treat and super easy to make!  Watch Chef Todd and Mackenzie create, astound and amaze with how easy and fun this is.

How do you get kids to eat veggies and good eats?  Chef Todd Fisher…that’s how.  Broccoli Rabe, califlower enchiladas and catcus pear posicles, oh my!  Actually this was incredibly fun to see the kids getting their hands goopy and really diving in to a nutrious and amazing meal.
