Summer Harvest Fruit Salad
3 apricots or plums, pitted and sliced 2 nectarines, pitted and sliced 1 C. blueberries 1 C. blackberries 1 T. agave nectar 1/3 C. fresh orange juice from 1 orange 1/2 C. small fresh mint leaves 1/8 t. Coarse saltToss ingredients together in a large bowl. Let sit at least 15 minutes before serving.
